LAZZONI
During my time at Lazzoni, I had the opportunity to work closely on a range of high-end interior and architectural projects. I initially joined the team as an Architect, where I was involved in space planning, design detailing, and drawing development tailored to Lazzoniās unique design standards and client needs.
Over time, I transitioned into the role of Project Manager, taking on greater responsibility in overseeing project execution from concept through to completion. This included coordinating between design teams, suppliers, and contractors, as well as managing timelines, budgets, and client communications.
Working at Lazzoni allowed me to deepen both my creative and technical skills, while also sharpening my ability to lead complex projects with precision and care. It was a rewarding experience that gave me a stronger perspective on design-driven project management, and the importance of aligning aesthetics with functionality in real-world applications.
ISOdesgin
I was approached by ISOdesign after they discovered my work through my previous role at Lazzoni. Impressed by my attention to detail and ability to balance creative vision with practical execution, they brought me on as a remote planner for their home renovation projects. Over the course of a year, I collaborated closely with their design team, helping to develop renovation plans tailored to each clientās unique space, needs, and budget. My role involved everything from space planning and material coordination to project timeline management and client communication. Working remotely, I became an essential bridge between creative concepts and real-world execution, ensuring smooth collaboration despite the physical distance. Unfortunately, due to economic challenges, ISOdesign made the difficult decision to close. Despite that, the experience sharpened my ability to manage complex projects, strengthened my adaptability in remote work environments, and deepened my appreciation for thoughtful, human-centered design.
KIOSK
I joined Kiosk, a multidisciplinary creative space located just outside the city. Despite the nearly two-hour commute each way, I dedicated myself fully to the role for almost eight months, combining architectural planning, interior design, and on-site supervision. I was deeply involved in every phase of the process ā from developing architectural layouts and designing interiors, to sourcing materials and overseeing construction and installation on-site. My designs werenāt just limited to local projects; they reached as far as Erbil, Iraq, as well as France, Germany, and extended across much of Europe and Africa. Acting as both the architect and designer, I became the bridge between creative vision and physical execution, ensuring each project maintained its integrity from paper to reality. This experience strengthened not only my technical and creative skills, but also my ability to work under pressure, adapt to different environments, and bring ideas to life on an international scale.
AKSA
I joined Aksa, a leader in acoustic solutions, where I worked on designing and implementing soundproofing and acoustic treatment for various projects. Due to the sensitive nature of the companyās confidentiality agreements, Iām unable to share detailed CAD files, but I contributed extensively to the design and execution of acoustics in diverse environments. My role involved assessing sound quality, working with architects and engineers to optimize acoustic layouts, and ensuring each space met both aesthetic and functional sound requirements. Though I cannot display technical drawings, Iāve included photos from the working areas to give a glimpse of the environments I contributed to.
British petroleum
I had the opportunity to work with British Petroleum (BP) on a contract basis as a Supervisor for a critical infrastructure project in Basra ā the development of a new fire station for BPās operational needs in the region. Although my time with the company was brief, due to the logistical challenge, I played a key role in overseeing the construction process, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing on-site teams. I coordinated with contractors, architects, and engineers, maintaining strict timelines and budgets to ensure the timely completion of the fire station. My contributions were integral to the successful handover of the project, which is now fully operational.
